Payment

Payment is due within 24 hours after confirming order. No payment, NO order!

Singapore customers: As I often get dead buyers, I only accept bank transfers and iBanking ONLY

Shipping

I ship within 3 working day of cleared payment to ensure you receive your item(s) promptly!

All postage will be done via SingPost. I offer normal mail and registered mail.
The difference between these 2 postage modes is that registered mail includes a tracking number and insurance while normal does not. For this reason, I highly recommend registered mail.

If you opt not to register your package, my responsibility ends with postage of the item(s)from which I leave it in SingPost's hands.


Shipping within Singapore

Normal mail: $2 for the first palette. I combine postage so you can save! $1 for each additional palette.
Registered mail: Add $2.24 on top of normail mail (registered mail includes insurance and tracking so you can have peace of mind).

Postage for other items is as stated in the listing themselves.


Combined Postage

I gladly combine postage on multiple purchases within 7 days

Combined postage rates: The highest postage will be charged + 50% off the highest postage (for each additional item).

(E.g. If you are in Singapore and purchase 3 palettes via normal mail, $2 will be the full postage for the first palette. Each additional palette will be mailed at $1. So total postage would be $4.)

Home Delivery

I do home deliveries at $5 regardless of number of palettes.

Urgent Orders

I understand that sometimes you want to get your items fast. Please let me know well in advance if that is the case!
Please bear in mind that normal and registered domestic postage takes about 2 working days in Singapore.

Please do not choose normal or registered postage as your collection mode if you need an item within the next 2-3 days. I highly recommend self-collection if that is the case.

On my side, I will make every attempt to mail your items as soon as possible after payment is cleared, or in the case of self-collection, do my best to be available at my specified self-collection points.

If need be, you might want to opt for Speedpost.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order of items are available and prices for pre-orders varies with in-stock as for pre-ordered items waiting time are longer.  If you are patient enough to wait for the orders that will come to you only 2-3 weeks after payment, for the value of money and as it is cheaper, i recomment you this option.

Items

To ensure my items stay in their best condition, all are held in a smoke-free, pet-free environment and handled hygienically!


Packaging Materials

I play my part in being environmentally-friendly, and do re-use packaging materials which are clean and in excellent condition for shipping where possible.


Product Representation

I do my best to accurately represent my products with good photos and descriptions.
Take note that everyone has different lighting and computer monitor settings which may interfere with how products are viewed.


Packaging

I package all items as best as I can to protect them in transit and help the post office have an easier time delivering them!
Packaging methods have been personally tested by me and I have chosen the one which works the best. However I cannot control the condition of items once they leave my hands and cannot be responsible if the postmen handle packages roughly or cause them to absorb great impact for some reason.


Returns & Exchanges

I want my customers to have a great experience dealing with me and I present my items as accurately as possible and carefully inspect each and every one of them for defects before shipping them to you. I only sell and ship items in their original excellent condition thus any damage upon receipt is very likely caused by transit during shipping.

At this moment, I regret that I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
